Feedback can be given using the Contact Us form or call GPSU’s Director Peter Stanley to discuss. If you have a complaint, we appreciate you providing us the first opportunity to resolve it.
We respect that all people have the right to raise concerns and make legitimate complaints, whilst expecting that the issues raised will be handled in a fair, confidential responsive manner.
Clearly explaining the issue with suggestions on what you think should fix it will assist us. Please include copies of any relevant documents.
At the conclusion of a formal complaint, you will receive our decision in writing.
